Binan Driving School is located in Fukuyama City Hiroshima Prefecture, a city that retains the atmosphere of a castle town and is often used as a filming location for movies and TV shows. It takes 50 minutes by Shinkansen from Shin-Kobe and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Osaka.

-Comfortable Accommodation and a unique slip experience course available!
The on-site Accommodation, "Academy House," opened in 2016. It is comfortable and fully equipped with a bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, DVD player, and more!
The school's training course has a unique facility called a skid course, where students can experience driving on rainy and icy roads, providing practical training.

・ Meals are homemade by Driving School own chef!
Our dedicated chefs provide balanced menus supervised by nutritionists every day (breakfast/lunch). What's more, rice, miso soup, and soup are self-service, so you can choose just the amount that suits you best.

・Sightseeing and gourmet food
Rental bicycles are available, so you can explore the nearby Onomichi area, also known as the "Mecca of Cycling." The authentic Onomichi ramen is excellent.
Other benefits for Driving Camp participants include the opportunity to participate in experiential tours not found in guidebooks, such as Onomichi walking tours and Shimanami Kaido cycling tours, guided by local insiders. The Shimanami Kaido is the first cycling road in Japan that crosses a strait, and it's exhilarating to experience the feeling of cycling on the sea!

    AT Car (May)
I got Automatic Transmission License at the end of May 2024 at Driving Camp. I would like to recommend this school to many people. The end of May when I was there was the off-season, the facility was empty, and I was able to take my time with the lessons. I came from Hokkaido, but it wasn't hot, and I only had to use the air conditioner for about a week, which was the best weather. The Driving Camp facility was like a hotel, as others have written, and Meals was delicious. All three meals were delicious, and I was a little disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the local cuisine very much. There are many different teachers. Some teachers don't ask for feedback, so I think it's a good idea to ask for feedback each time, asking yourself, ``What is the problem?'' My homeroom teacher was a really careful teacher. I'm glad that I was able to be taught by multiple different teachers, not just that one teacher. There were times when I felt that what they said was different, but it also gave me an opportunity to think about what it was really like. In my opinion, I don't have a good driving sense, so if you notice that, I recommend that you review and study on YouTube. I think that many people will be able to get their license if they take the time. However, some people who are not good at it give up and drop out because they have to take a lot of extra lessons, the Driving Camp schedule is extended, and the fees increase. I felt that this was me, especially before the provisional license test, so I managed to pass just in time by practicing in my mind on YouTube and writing out the course. I had 11 hours of extra lessons, and my graduation was delayed by three days. I sincerely think that I could have given up and dropped out in the days before YouTube, so I would like to support anyone who feels the same way, and I will share the following. Many Driving School give tips on driving and how to prepare for high-speed driving, so watching them was very helpful. I watched several and found a teacher that suited me. To memorize the courses in Driving School, I drew a map in a notebook and wrote out the course and what to do there (signals, visual inspection, lane changes, etc.) dozens of times. There are videos of driving the course on Binan's YouTube, so I also watched those and simulated it. I cycled to the graduation test route every day in the latter half and tried to understand the course. I also made sure to get enough sleep. There are no bus routes in this area, and there are no traffic lights at the intersection in front of the school, so it's a relaxed place. There were few distractions, and it was a very good environment for me to concentrate on driving. There is a Lawson about a 5-minute walk away, and if you ride a rental bicycle, you can easily get to a drugstore, supermarket, and Mega Donki. Fukuyama City is a city of roses, so roses are planted everywhere in the vacant lot next to the school and on the side of the road. Matsunaga seems to have many delicious ramen restaurants, perhaps due to the influence of Onomichi ramen, and I was recommended Fukunoya Ten. I wanted to go there. In the morning, I wake up to the high, loud sound of a bird. It sings from about 5:30 to about 7:30 in the evening. I still don't know what it is, but in my mind, it's the yellow bird that is the symbol of Binan Driving School. It was surprisingly difficult to find free time during the driving license Driving Camp, but if you go a little further, there are many attractive tourist spots such as Fukuyama Castle, Tomonoura, and Onomichi. I hope you will take the online Lessons for written test in a planned manner and enjoy sightseeing.

    Large type (July)
I enrolled in the school to get a heavy driver's license. Since I already had a medium-sized driver's license, I was told that I could get it in as little as 8 days. The lessons were very detailed and easy to understand, and the accommodations were in the same school, so it was easy to move around. I requested a single room, so I could spend my time freely. The price was very reasonable for a single room. They also offer delicious meals that change daily. I am glad that I was able to enjoy Hiroshima even though it was only for a short time.
