Hiraizumi Driving School
Hiraizumi Driving School
Hiraizumi is a popular tourist destination that was registered as a World Heritage Site in 2011, and is just 2.5 hours away by Shinkansen from Tokyo. Historical buildings left behind by the Oshu Fujiwara clan are nearby. It's not just a place to drive, but also a great way to learn about Japanese history.
・The stylish school building naturally boosts motivation!
The new school building, which was renovated in 2016, has a wooden design and is very stylish. With a school building like this, you're sure to look forward to your lessons!
・Time outside of lessons feels like sightseeing♪
Both the school Accommodation and hotel are equipped with Wi-Fi. The restaurant next to the school offers cakes and lunch buffets (as part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19).
(The cake and lunch buffet scheduled to be held every Wednesday from July 22 to September 23 will be canceled.) A free bus tour around Hiraizumi's tourist attractions is also a must-join!

5.0AT Regular Car (March)★★★★★★★★★★I enrolled in the school for a regular AT Driving Camp and was able to graduate. ---- Classroom lessons ---- Classroom lessons here are generally held online in the classroom when the school is empty, and instructors only give live lessons when necessary, such as when providing first aid. I think it sticks in your head better than classroom lessons at other Driving School! (If you fall asleep or don't listen to the lesson, you'll have to start again! A mobile battery is almost essential) ---- Practical training ---- The roads on campus are a little narrow? Or normal? That's how it feels. The car model changes before and after the provisional license is issued, so you can learn a little about the differences in characteristics between car models! During on-road lessons, there is more traffic than you'd expect, and there are a certain number of people because you pass in front of Ichinoseki Station, so I think you can train your skills well. And the instructors who taught me were all kind, and their teaching methods were very easy to understand! ----Accommodation Accommodation I stayed in the school dormitory, but as other Reviews have said, it's narrow! If I were to be greedy, I would like a little more space to put my luggage... Also, there is Hair dryer and a washing machine, but no shampoo, face wash, or body soap! And there is Drying machine, but it is not very effective. There is a place to hang laundry outside, but it is easy to blow away by the wind, and the surrounding area is a field, so be careful! (I lost one item) ---- Cafeteria ---- Daily set meal! It feels like the closest thing to school lunch. By the way, the same salad is served every meal. And what I found especially delicious was the miso soup and other soups, which I was really impressed by how delicious they were every time! ---- Surrounding area ---- There is a Ministop nearby, so you can basically live here. There is a 100 yen shop and a large supermarket with a Matsukiyo? If you walk for about 10 minutes, you will have to walk for at least 2 weeks, and there are no facilities to play around. There is a bus stop nearby and a JR station about 30 minutes away on foot, but both run about once an hour, so it is not convenient for transportation to get to developed areas. It says that you can use a bicycle, but it seems that you cannot use it at this time of year! By the way, it takes about 50 minutes to walk to Aeon and other chain stores 😅 Also, the ramen shop nearby is very delicious! ----Overall Review---- This has become a very long review, but overall I am very satisfied! I was able to make very good memories, the teaching method was good, and I was able to graduate in the shortest time possible. I came from Tokyo so it was a little far away, and the surrounding environment was inconvenient in some places, but it was a wonderful place that I would definitely recommend to others. Lastly, to all the instructors, you really smoke too much, so please take care of your health 😅😅😅 Thank you so much for this opportunity!! -

5.0AT Car (August)★★★★★★★★★★I recently attended a manual transmission Driving Camp. The facility was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There were convenience stores, drugstores, and supermarkets nearby, so it was very convenient to buy daily necessities. Bicycles are available for rent, so you can go sightseeing in your spare time. I ate Morioka hiyashi noodles and went to Chusonji Temple, which were very fun memories! The instructors were very kind and friendly, and I was very grateful that they patiently and carefully taught me, even though I had a hard time. All three Meals were homemade, and I was able to have as much rice and miso soup as I wanted, so I looked forward to it every day. There was also a cake buffet and a side dish buffet occasionally, which was very fulfilling. Thank you very much. I would recommend this to anyone considering a license Driving Camp!
