    AT Car (June)
It's been more than 10 years since I lost my license.
Due to a job transfer, I was forced to re-obtain my driver's license at this age...
At first, I thought about joining the younger generation and getting scolded by the instructor.
I was nervous about a lot of things, but it was a great Driving Camp!
The instructors are all nice people if you treat them with benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and kindness.
The two weeks went by in a flash.
In particular, Instructor Shiina, Instructor Kurosawa, Instructor Sugaya, Instructor Murata, Instructor Takimoto,
Instructor Kawata, Instructor Yamane, Instructor Wada, Instructor Morita, Instructor Satsuki, etc.
...I am especially grateful to Instructor Kikuchi and Instructor Uchida, who, due to my carelessness, gave me one-on-one lessons in emergency medicine.
She was always willing to put up with an old man with strange habits,
They kindly and patiently taught me the basics again.
(Instructor Shiina and Instructor Takimoto look really scary lol)
(I also loved how crazy Instructor Kawada was.)
In addition, female instructor Kurosawa gave advice and
I was nervous, so they were considerate and taught me while chatting.
I am nothing but grateful (she is so adorable, but when I saw her teaching motorcycle riding I got excited despite my age lol).
By the way, it's a secret that I called Instructor Shiina "Kaneko Nobuo."

For an amateur driver to drive a "driving weapon" on a daily basis
I think that putting your body on the line as an instructor is a very tough job.
The instructors I didn't mention by name were all very nice people.
Finally, I would like to remember the three words of encouragement from the principal:
I hope to enjoy my car life in the future.
My way of giving back is to aim to avoid accidents and violations in the future.
I believe that I can be one of those who drive smoothly and safely.
    Thank you very much.

    24. Driving Camp from May to June
Enrollment period is 9 days for those with a provisional license
    Hotel is Single
    【life】
    Shampoo and conditioner are essential
    Thermometer is required
There are drug stores within walking distance so even if you forget you can still buy something.
Bath towels and face towels were provided every day.
On the way home, I have to bring back textbooks and other things, so I have a lot of luggage.
Even though I have poor communication skills, there are several people I can get along with, so it's fun.
    [Training]
I started from the second stage, so I don't know about the first stage.
There are no particularly scary teachers.
In fact, most of the teachers were easy to understand and fun.
Apparently, if you don't get along with a teacher or don't like them, you can reject them.
I had a lot of fun during Driving Camp.

About four years ago (when I was 21), I went to Driving Camp to get Motorcycle as the only woman there.
I'm sure there are various Review, but for me it was a truly wonderful Driving School.
That's about what you'd expect in terms of food, hotels, and surrounding facilities.

More than anything, the instructors and staff were all really nice.
They were all really kind people. There was the old man instructor who would frequently talk to me, whether he knew that I was at Driving Camp alone or not, the older brother instructor who was always smiling and had a gentle demeanor, but who was calm and smiling even when something happened, which made him kind of scary, and the instructor who didn't laugh much and was a little strict, but sometimes the jokes he told were funny.
I failed the practical exam twice, but they encouraged me a lot and helped me practice by myself. (Maybe it's because it's work...)
Also, the female staff member was very kind and listened to me and comforted me when I was crying after failing the second time.

Thanks to you, I was able to get my license and it was a fun Driving Camp. People may have changed now, but I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of getting a motorcycle license.

My first impression of the instructor was bad.
Well, it was because it looked scary.
Once the lessons started, I found him to be a fun and kind person.
The whole Atmosphere of the school was great.
Because there were a lot of students, the staff seemed busy, but they still provided thorough instruction, so I felt at ease.
I was especially grateful for the friendly response from the staff, as I was traveling alone.
Accommodation and Meals were both excellent.
I'm really glad I came here.

I thought it was a Driving School in a very nice place. The people around me were very open and I enjoyed the lessons. At first, I felt it was quite difficult to drive, but thanks to the kind guidance I received, I was able to quickly learn to drive. Of course, it may be different for the instructor, but in my case, it was a great match with the instructor. The Accommodation was beautiful and large enough. It was good that I was able to secure my own space. I was able to heal my daily fatigue. So I was able to take the lessons quite efficiently. The Meals was similar every day, but the taste was not bad. I didn't feel so bored if it was about half a month.

I got my regular motorcycle license at Driving Camp.
The room wasn't that big, but it was comfortable and had air conditioning.
There is no Hair dryer or kettle so please bring your own.
All the teachers are fun, and of course if you mess around or take the lesson with a disrespectful attitude, you will be properly scolded, but if you do as you are told, they will teach you carefully.
In the department, the teachers talk about their own experiences and general conversation, so the classes are fun and never boring.
And above all, the food was delicious. They served different delicious meals every day, so I was able to graduate thanks to that.
The teachers were all really humorous, so much so that after I found out I was graduating I didn't want to go home.
I would like to come back here again to get Heavy Motorcycle and car licenses if possible.

I attended Driving Camp in June 2024.

First of all, the teachers are very good at teaching.
Of course they teach you the basics, but if you ask they will even teach you simple methods and techniques.

The consultation desk was kind and polite, and overall my impression of the staff was very good.

One thing that bothered me about the facilities was that some of Accommodation details did not have hot water facilities except in the bathroom, there were not enough electrical outlets in the private rooms, and the walls were thin so you could hear people talking in the next room.

Also, I know it's inevitable due to the season, but there are hornets flying around the site, and wild birds such as pheasants and cats walking around without any sense of danger (lol).

However, if you don't mind those things, I had a very fulfilling Driving Camp.

I would use them again if I needed a different license.

I had to get my driver's license suddenly for work reasons, and I was at a loss, but I heard that I could graduate in half a month with this training camp, so I applied right away. I was prepared for it to be crowded at that time of the year, but thanks to the driving camp, I was able to take the lessons smoothly and on schedule. The content of the lessons themselves was easy to understand. Even though I am not good at classroom learning, I was able to enjoy the lessons. I have no complaints about the accommodations or the meals. The meals in particular were really delicious. The nutritional balance was well balanced, so I was able to spend my time in a healthy way. I really recommend this school!

I stayed here for Driving Camp a year ago. The facilities were average, but the rooms were clean.
    Meals was also delicious.
Personally, I like Instructor Sugaya the most.
He was kind and listened to a lot of my concerns.
There was only one instructor who was really tough, but when I consulted with Instructor Sugaya about that,
He listened to me sympathetically and pointed out to me whether my teaching method was poor. He was really kind.
    He is my favorite teacher.
I still miss you so much!

I'm 47 years old and this was my first time getting my driver's license. Thank you for your help with my training Driving Camp.
The accommodation and Meals are adequate, not luxurious.
Everyone is here for the same purpose, so if you can find someone with whom you can have a common conversation, I think you'll have a good time.
There were some unique teachers, some very positive teachers, and some strict teachers, but in order to make sure we remembered everything, each teacher had their own teaching style.
It all relates to the future.
Looking back on the two weeks I spent at Driving Camp, it went by in a flash, but I'm really glad I was able to learn here.
    thank you very much.

Before going I was prepared because the reviews were terrible, but I didn't find anything bad about it.
The instructors' advice was appropriate and none of them were overbearing.
Students are allowed to go out when they don't have lessons, and apparently they can even stay out overnight if they submit an application.
There is a Sukiya, two supermarkets, a 7-Eleven nearby, so it is convenient.
Thank you to all the instructors. I'll get my regular driver's license someday!

    Regular Car Manual Transmission (December)
I enrolled in a regular license with Manual (MT) car. It took 17 days. 95% of young people these days drive automatic transmissions.

Both the academic and practical courses went smoothly.

There were about 30 instructors and about 10 administrative staff.

There are a lot of negative comments, but I think it's important to have a humble attitude and realize that "I don't know anything and I'm the one who needs to be taught."

If you can't greet properly, ask questions, or say things like "Thank you for your help," "Thank you," or "I don't understand this part of...," then it's the same no matter which Driving School you go to. Instructors are human too.

There are 4 ramen restaurants within walk distance, Trial, a home improvement store where you can also buy ingredients, Hero, Tsuruha drug store, 7-Eleven, TSUTAYA, etc., so it is very convenient.

There is a restaurant on the premises, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style (menus rotate).

The accommodation is also located on the premises, in a business hotel with both single and Common use rooms. There are separate buildings for men and women.

Smoking is allowed, but drinking is not allowed (I started drinking on the first day, but it seems there is a possibility that the room may be inspected randomly)

It was very comfortable, but I'll write about the things I personally think it would be better to bring. Some of them are obvious, but please forgive me.

    Hair dryer
Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body soap
    Hand soap (this is important)
    Toothbrush, toothpaste
Sandals or slippers for the room
Garbage bags (collected twice a week, but no bags provided)
A small humidifier during dry periods (it gets very dry)
Chargers (the outlets are far from the bed so it would be better if they were longer)
    Box of tissues
    umbrella

Although it was a very difficult time due to the coronavirus pandemic, we took thorough measures such as taking temperatures, filling out and checking health management forms, making alcohol available in each classroom, hall, toilet, etc., and disinfecting.

It was a very memorable school. On the last day Driving Camp, the students will be provided with 6,000 yen Transportation fee (2,000 yen for neighboring prefectures?).

The first day of school, we started with theory and practical training, and sometimes we had 5 hours of theory and 2 hours of practical training. The students Driving Camp had to change their schedule to take lessons during their free time. I didn't like that. But it's like, "What are you doing here!?"

The school started on December 10th, and in the second half of the year the school was filled with high school students and young people with regular licenses and motorcycles.

Is 265,000 yen for 17 days including accommodation and three meals cheap or expensive? I thought it was cheap.

Thank you so much to all the teachers. I hope you are all well.

I had trouble sleeping until I got used to Accommodation, but eventually I began to feel like I was at home.
I had a lot of free time, so I had time to make memories with the friends I made during Driving Camp.
I think I was able to have a fulfilling Driving Camp experience in every aspect.

    Well, now, that is.

To be honest, I really couldn't drive well and it was tough.
But my instructor was very kind and gave me thorough instruction over and over again, which helped me improve rapidly.
If it weren't for this Driving School I might not have been able to graduate.
In addition, the living conditions, including Accommodation and Meals were well-maintained.

I went to this driving school for Driving Camp.
There are some pretty amazing reviews written, but I was never yelled at, and the older people were very kind and taught me carefully. On the other hand, there was a young half-Japanese guy who was grumbling next to me, saying "Why can't you do this?", but when I asked another instructor at the driving school not to assign him to me again, he never assigned me again. So, since there were a lot of kind people who were willing to give you advice, I think you should just go without worrying too much about reviews! It depends on the person, but it may not suit you... Also, the Ibaraki dialect has a strong accent (lol). The older people have really loud voices and accents, so I think it feels like you're being yelled at...💦
The hotel we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious! Personally, it was a fun Driving Camp.

I also quickly made friends and was able to spend truly fulfilling days here.
    Meals was also delicious.
It's much higher quality and more voluminous than I expected.
The meal never got boring and I looked forward to Meals every day.
The instructors were very clear and gave clear instructions, and the overall Atmosphere was great.

The Atmosphere of the whole Driving School was not very good. The staff seemed to be busy all the time, and I couldn't say that they were able to respond properly. The instructor wasn't very solid either. It feels like I'm tired, and I get the impression that my mood changes from day to day. However, the training schedule and curriculum were solid, so it wasn't a big problem. The Accommodation and Meals were very good. It was enough to heal the tiredness of daily lessons, and the Meals was well-balanced, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. So, overall, it's not that bad.

We were grateful for your help during our Heavy Motorcycle Driving Camp.
All the instructors were cheerful, positive, and gave me careful instruction. The students were very punctual in greeting and behaving, and I felt that the school's education and policies were solid. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work and school.

I have attended two other schools to obtain a driver's license and Motorcycle license, but there were always people who were overbearing or made nasty remarks, but here, there was not a single person like that.

I was able to graduate feeling good. Thank you very much.

My impression after graduating was that 40% of the instructors were kind, 30% were serious, 20% were silent, and 10% were unpleasant. When I say unpleasant instructors, I don't think there were any who were threatening or nagging like the ones in other people's Reviews.
Some of the instructors and receptionists changed their attitudes depending on their mood. Not everyone was like that, so I thought it would be fine as long as you didn't do anything to upset them. Someone who was using the facility at the same time as me at Driving Camp was always badmouthing various instructors, and among them was one who I thought was very kind and taught me carefully when I was in charge, so I sometimes thought it was your fault.
I went there after reading other people's Reviews and thinking it might be a little scary, but it wasn't as bad as Reviews said. However, I do think that it might not suit some people, so if you're worried, I recommend a different Driving School.

I stayed in a Single room for men, but it's better to prepare the necessary equipment. There was no shampoo, body soap, face wash, hand soap, Hair dryer, tissues, etc. There was toilet paper, though. Also, Refrigerator was noisy, so I turned it off when I went to sleep. The location of the outlet is a bit awkward, so it's convenient to prepare an extension cord. If you forget, there are many home improvement stores, convenience stores, drug stores, supermarkets, etc. within walk distance, so you can go buy one. Also, the walls are thin and there are gaps under the door, so you can hear everything if someone is talking in the hallway, and if someone on the floor above or on the same floor hits something on the wall or floor, a dull sound will echo. I think it's a good idea to prepare earphones or earplugs.

The food repertoire in the cafeteria is quite limited, so you will probably eat the same menu 3-4 times during the 2-week Driving Camp. I recommend stopping by a nearby convenience store, Sukiya, McDonald's, or Bando Taro for a change of pace.

If it was used as Driving School I would give it 4.5 to 5 stars, but since I used it for Driving Camp, I gave it 4 stars because of the inconvenience of the room and the limited repertoire of the dining room. My friends who went with me and the friends I made during Driving Camp seemed to have the same opinion.
