The payment methods

Can I change the payment method after confirming the reservation?

However, there may be cases where Driving School procedure cannot be completed in Starting date, such as if the driving school is closed or on a holiday, or if you change your payment method from bank transfer to a driver's license loan.
In that case, please note that you may be asked to change Starting date.

Is it possible to examine a driver's license loan before making a reservation?

We cannot review your driver's license loan prior to your appointment.
If the screening result denies you access to a driver's license loan, you will be given the option to change your payment method, reapply with a different credit company, or cancel your reservation.
If you are unable to avail of the driver's license loan and have to cancel your reservation, please rest assured that there will be no cancellation fee.
If you are applying for a driver's license loan, it may take some time depending on the process and other circumstances.

How do I get a review of my driver's license?

After your reservation has been officially completed with I-Drive, Customer Center will email you a URL for Reservation to a credit company affiliated with I-Drive. If you fill in the necessary information and send it directly to the credit company, the application will be processed immediately, and in some cases you may receive the results on the same day.
Depending on the outcome of the screening, you may be required to be re-screened with a guarantor, the process may change to a written one, or you may not be able to take out a driver's license loan.
Please note that driver's license loan screening is carried out by a credit company, so I-Drive cannot disclose the content or method of the screening.

About cancellation

What if you have to cancel prematurely?

There may be cases where you are forced to cancel due to some circumstances.
Please note that the refund method and amount will vary depending on when you cancel, such as between Reservation and enrollment, or after enrollment.
① In case of cancellation before enrollment in Driving School
Cancellations before enrollment can be made at Ziplus Driving Camp Reception Center during business hours. Cancellation and change fees may apply depending on the date of your request.

② In the case of cancellation between enrollment and the start of lessons
The local Driving School will refund the amount minus the cancellation administrative fee etc. stipulated by each Driving School.
3. Cancellation after lessons have started
The local Driving School will refund you the amount minus any unused practical lessons, theory lessons, tests, effectiveness tests, certificate issuance fees, cancellation administrative fees, and any unpaid amounts.
Please note that if you cancel after lessons have started, your refund will be made after deducting fees and actual costs, so the refund amount may be less than expected.
*If you wish to transfer to another school, the local Driving School will issue you a "Certificate of Completion" that can be applied to any Permission by government Driving School across the country.
