Additional	[Learner’s Permit / Karimenkyo Written Test] If you fail Learner’s Permit Written Test three or more times, Temporary return home (at your own expense) and You will need to take Learner’s Permit / Karimenkyo Written Test (at your own expense) at the driver's license center registered with your resident registration, and once you pass you will be able to re-enroll.
