Travel conditions explanation (please read) Article 1 (General Rules) 1. This Driving Camp is planned, advertised, and Implementation by Ziplus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Our company"). The contract for packaged tours that Our company will enter into with participating customers (hereinafter referred to as "packaged tour contract") will be governed by these terms and conditions. Any matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions will be governed by laws, regulations, or generally established practices. 2. The contents and conditions of Driving Camp are based on the recruitment advertisement, brochure, content confirmation document, travel conditions explanation document, and the section of the standard travel agency terms and conditions (PDF) of the package tour contract. 3. If Our company enters into a special written agreement that does not violate laws and regulations and is not disadvantageous to the Customer, then that special agreement shall take precedence notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph. Article 2 (Details of Travel Contract) In these terms, "Package Tour" refers to a trip in which our company, for the purpose of soliciting participants for driving camps, pre-arranges the destination and schedule of the driving camp, the driving school (or institution) where the participants will receive training, the means of transportation, accommodations, and other related services. The company manages and conducts the schedule of the stay at the driving school. (Participant Obligations) If a participant fails to attend a driving lesson due to intentional reasons, personal circumstances, or negligence, the participant is required to pay cancellation fees as well as any additional accommodation costs (including meals) resulting from the missed lesson. Article 3 (Contract Establishment and Cancellation) 1. Customers are not permitted to interrupt Driving Camp camp or return home temporarily for personal reasons. However, this does not apply if permission is obtained from Driving School (school). Transportation fee will not be paid if you drop out, transfer to another school, or Temporary return home (except for Driving School that have separate provisions for payment). 2. Article 5 (Change and cancellation of this contract before the start of Driving Camp) 1. Changes or cancellations to this Agreement will only be accepted during the business hours of Our company call center. If you make a request outside of business hours, it will be accepted on the next business day. 2. The customer shall bear all Transportation fee and other expenses incurred in changing or terminating this Agreement. Our company is not responsible if you are deemed ineligible for admission by the driving school (school) you are applying to and therefore cannot participate in the training camp. In such cases, this contract will be treated as having been changed or canceled by the customer, and we will charge the change fee from Table 1 or the cancellation fee from Table 2. The same applies if you are late for the meeting time on the day of admission and cannot participate in the training camp. Article 6 (Change and cancellation of this contract after the start of the driving camp) 1. If, for reasons of your own convenience, you wish to change or terminate this contract after completing the enrollment procedures at Driving School (school), we will refund the remaining tuition fee minus the entrance fee, teaching materials fee, fees for lessons already taken, certification test fees, and other expenses to You have to pay by yourselves, in accordance with the standards of the Driving School (school). 2. Any changes or terminations to this contract will be governed by the regulations of Driving School (school) you are attending.
