Special Discounts	Motorcycle License Holder's Discount: ¥11,000 (tax incl.)
Restriction	・Those who do not have a visual acuity of 0.3 or more in one eye, or 0.7 or more in both eyes (including corrected visual acuity) will not be allowed to enter the school. Please bring glasses or other items. ・If the visual acuity of one eye is less than 0.3, the visual field of the other eye must be 150 degrees or more on both sides and the visual acuity must be 0.7 or higher. ・Be 18 years of age or older on the day of the provisional license test ・Smokers are not allowed to enter the school (if smoking is discovered, students will be expelled)
外国籍の方の入校について	・N1～N3をお持ちの方は、仮免許学科試験合格証明書を持っての入校を「推奨」致します。・N4（資格未取得の方もこれに含む）のお客様は仮免許学科試験合格証明書を持っての入校を「必須」といたします。・【国籍、在留資格、在留期間、在留カード番号、在留期間の満了日】の記載した住民票必須（住民票を取るときに　全記載　と申請してください。（マイナンバー記載不可） ※在留カードを更新中の方は住民票に【更新完了後の在留期間満了日】の記載が必要。新しい在留期期限の記載がなければ入校不可となります。

[Learner’s Permit / Karimenkyo Written Test] If you fail Learner’s Permit Written Test three or more times, you will be sent Temporary return home (at your own expense) and will then take Learner’s Permit / Karimenkyo Written Test (at your own expense) at the driver's license center registered with your resident registration. If you pass, you will be able to re-enroll.

Notes

・Please note that if you do not attend the training due to intentional, personal reasons or carelessness (including illness), you will be charged a cancellation fee and an extended accommodation fee (including Meals) due to the non-attendance.
・Smokers are not allowed to enter the school. If smoking is discovered, regardless of the location, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund of lesson fees.
・運転免許証をお持ちの方は、運転免許証が必要です。（住民票は必要ありません）
運転免許証をお持ちでない方は、本籍記載のご本人様のみの住民票が必要となります。(個人番号記載不可、本籍地省略不可、在留期間省略不可、コピー不可）
※本人確認書類として健康保険証、マイナンバーカード、パスポート等（何れか一点）が必要です。
