Restriction	・0.5 or more for one eye, 0.8 or more for both eyes (corrected visual acuity is also the same) ・If you have an error of 2cm or more in the depth perception test at When you arrive school, you will not be able to enroll. Notes

・Please note that if you do not attend the training due to intentional, personal reasons or carelessness (including illness), you will be charged a cancellation fee and an extended accommodation fee (including Meals) due to the non-attendance.
・Smokers are not allowed to enter the school. If smoking is discovered, regardless of the location, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund of lesson fees.
・運転免許証をお持ちの方は、運転免許証が必要です。
運転免許証をお持ちでない方は、本籍記載のご本人様のみの住民票が必要となります。(個人番号記載不可、本籍地省略不可、在留期間省略不可、コピー不可）
※本人確認書類として健康保険証、マイナンバーカード、パスポート等（何れか一点）が必要です。
