Notes on entering the school	・片眼0.3以上、両眼0.7以上であること（矯正視力も同様） ・1眼の視力が0.3に満たない方は、他眼の視野が左右150度以上で視力が0.7以上であること ・18歳以上であること

技能講習	作業系技能講習を希望の場合 ●フォークリフト　　＋30,000円（税込） ●玉掛け　　　　　　＋25,000円（税込） ●小型移動式クレーン＋40,000円（税込） ●高所作業者　　　　＋30,000円（税込）

Driving Lesson	Guaranteed until graduation
Final Driving Exam	Guaranteed until graduation
Accommodation	Guaranteed for the shortest possible time *You may be asked to move to a shared room after the designated number of nights.
Additional	【保証を超えた場合の追加料金】 ■技能教習：8,800円(税込)／時限 ■卒業検定：4,400円(税込)／回 ■宿泊料金 全プラン：5,500円(税込)／泊

*"Until graduation" is limited to one month.
*If you withdraw or transfer to another school during the term, we will refund the remaining amount minus the necessary expenses up to that day (our Commute Driving School fee system + accommodation fee + cancellation fee + other fees). In this case, you will be responsible for all Transportation fee.
*Please note that if you fail to attend lessons intentionally, for personal reasons, or due to carelessness (including illness), you will be charged a cancellation fee and any extended accommodation fees (including Meals) incurred as a result of not attending lessons.
※We will send you an enrollment guide after you make a reservation. Please return the enrollment Reservation form, your residence certificate with your registered domicile, a copy of your driver's license (if you have one), and ID photos (3 x 2.4 cm) (4 photos per vehicle type) by 10 days before Starting date.
