*Please purchase tickets and issue a receipt at the counter.
*Transportation subsidy does not guarantee full payment.
*You will be asked to pay for the trip there in advance and will be settled upon graduation.
*The allowance will not be paid if you transfer or drop out of school, or return home temporarily.
*Transportation to the meeting point must be arranged by the customer.
*Transportation costs (Shinkansen) will be calculated based on unreserved seats.
*The actual cost of admission and graduation will be paid at the time of graduation based on your resident registration.

*If you come to school in person, transportation expenses will not be reimbursed.
*Transportation expenses will not be reimbursed even if you use your own car to get to the meeting place.

[Transportation expenses]
・Maximum Shinkansen unreserved seat fare: up to 20,000 yen (tax incl.) will be reimbursed.
・Motorcycle limit: Up to 14,000 yen (tax incl.) will be provided.
・From the station to the school: 1 hour 30 minutes by shuttle bus
