Restriction	・Those who do not have a visual acuity of 0.3 or more in one eye, or 0.7 or more in both eyes (including corrected visual acuity) will not be allowed to enter the school. Please bring glasses or other items. ・If the visual acuity of one eye is less than 0.3, the visual field of the other eye must be 150 degrees or more on both sides and the visual acuity must be 0.7 or higher. ・Be 18 years of age or older on the day of the provisional license test ・Smokers are not allowed to enter the school (if smoking is discovered, students will be expelled)

Accommodation	■ Shared room 60歳以下の方：最短プラス２泊まで保証 3泊目以降は1日につき、シェアルームで11,000円（税込）の配車調整費用を徴収致します。 ■ Single Room 60歳以下の方：最短日数まで保証。原則として延泊となった場合、シェアルームへ移動。移動後は上記シェアルーム宿泊食事の項目を適用。ただし、空き状況により、延泊料金を支払うことで宿泊可能。・シングル、DXルーム：22,000円/1泊 *Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Notes

・Please note that if you do not attend the training due to intentional, personal reasons or carelessness (including illness), you will be charged a cancellation fee and an extended accommodation fee (including Meals) due to the non-attendance.
・Smokers are not allowed to enter the school. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the school grounds and in the Accommodation.
