Mandatory Additional Payments	Please pay in cash on the first day of school: ・ Learner's Permit issuance fee: 1,100 yen (excl. tax) ・ Temporary drivers license license test fee: 1,800 yen/time (excl. tax) *A re-examination fee of 1,800 yen is required from the second time onwards.
Notes	・0.5 or more for one eye, 0.8 or more for both eyes (corrected visual acuity is also the same) ・If you have an error of 2cm or more in the depth perception test at When you arrive school, you will not be able to enroll. (Please take the test in advance.) ・20歳以上で、普通免許又は大型特殊を受けていた期間が通算して2年以上必要（免停期間除く）。

Driving Lesson	60歳まで：規定＋3時限まで保証 *Extension time is required after the 4th period.
Learner’s Permit Driving Exam	60歳まで：2回まで保証 *Extension fee required from the third time onwards
Final Driving Exam	60歳まで：2回まで保証 *Extension fee required from the third time onwards
Accommodation	60歳まで：最短日数＋3泊まで保証 *Extension fees apply from the 4th night onwards
Additional	[Additional fees in case of exceeding the guarantee] ■技能教習：9,570円(税込)／時限　 ■ Learner’s Permit Driving Exam: 5,500 yen (tax incl.) per session ■ Final Driving Exam: 5,500 yen (tax incl.) per session ■ Accommodation fees ・Heian Heights, Heights Felice, City Bright, Maison Arita: 3,000 yen (tax incl.) / night ・Hotel Single /twin: 5,000 yen (tax incl.)/night *Meal expenses are at your own expense.

■お客様の故意、自己都合または不注意（病気を含む）による教習の未受講の場合はキャンセル料及びその未受講によって生じる延長宿泊料（食事含む）を頂戴いたしますので予めご了承下さい。
■If your graduation date changes due to additional lessons, re-examinations or re-certifications, you may be asked to move to Accommodation details.
(There may be cases where you will be catering from home to hotel, or from hotel to home.)
*Highway driving lessons will be Implementation using a simulator.
※食事付きプランについては朝・夕→ホテルまたは提携レストラン、昼→お弁当支給となります。
*If you drop out, we will deduct the tuition fee (enrollment fee + daily rate x number of days passed) from the tuition fee and refund it. (Round-trip Transportation fee will be borne by the student.)
*The earliest expected graduation date is the possible graduation date if you proceed without exceeding Driving lesson time or failing the certification test or Learner’s Permit / Karimenkyo Written Test. It is not a date that guarantees graduation for all students.
