I recently graduated from Driving Camp at Yamagata Mogami Driving School. I had a great time during the two weeks surrounded by interesting instructors such as Sato-san, Oshikiri-san, Tsurumi-san, and Bandman-san.

Even for those in the department, the Dondon Drive was interesting and enjoyable to watch.
Thanks to this, I was able to pass the full driving test on the first try!

Even at Accommodation, we had a hearty Meals every day so we didn't open our eyes.

You can easily get to Shinjo by train and take a walk through the rice fields, so I think it would be a good experience to spend two weeks in this environment.

Thank you Yamagata Mogami Driving School

During the summer vacation, I took advantage of the driving school camp with the goal of getting Driving Camp. The results were great.
All the instructors are kind and try to correct mistakes with precise instructions.
Since I'm a male student, the meal was just right for me, but I did get the impression that the dinner meals at the dorm were a little too hearty. However, they were so delicious that I was able to finish them all.
People with small appetites may find it a little difficult to finish the meal.
Other than the fact that the dinner at the dorm was too extravagant, it was absolutely perfect!

I stayed there for two weeks with Automatic Transmission License and graduated in September 2023.
We received instruction from many instructors, all of whom were very clear and explained things carefully, making driving fun.
The food at the dormitory was delicious and plentiful, and I had seconds every day.

I really enjoyed every day I spent here.
I'm really glad I decided to come here.
We would like to extend a special thank you to instructors Abe and Sato!
    Thank you very much!

I went to Driving Camp with a friend. The lectures, both academic and practical, were easy to understand and the teacher was very kind, so I'm grateful. The dormitory where we stayed at Driving Camp was clean and included three meals. They were very delicious. They also let us eat a lot of vegetables, such as lettuce.
I think the school is friendly to people from outside the prefecture. I've come to love Yamagata.

I used this driving school for Driving Camp last year. At first, I was a little nervous because there were some bad reviews, but it was absolutely fantastic. It's true that there's nothing much around, and it takes almost 20 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store, but since I was with friends, it went by in a flash. That's about the only downside. All the instructors were really kind, and even the person who was singled out and spoken ill of in the reviews turned out to be a fun and interesting person when I actually went for on-road lessons. We were able to chat during the lessons, and they taught me everything I didn't understand, so it was really enjoyable! If you're open-minded and willing to listen, I think everyone will treat you kindly^^! The food at Accommodation is also incredibly delicious! The cafeteria staff are also friendly and kind^^! Since I went during a long holiday, everyone was around the same age, so it was easy to spend time in the cafeteria and during lessons together! I'm extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!

For better or worse, it was just as I imagined.
The facilities were adequate and I had a comfortable stay.
Meals was much better than I had imagined.
I had heard from a friend that Meals at Driving Camp isn't very tasty and that you get tired of it quickly, but Meals at this Driving School was very good and there was a wide variety of menu items every day, so I never got bored.
I really looked forward to Meals every day.
The instructors and staff were all very kind to me, so I didn't have any unpleasant experiences even though I attended alone.
However, it was quite cold even during the day, so I think you need to take proper precautions against the cold in winter.
Other than that there was no trouble.

I used this facility for Driving Camp in February.
This was my first time attending Driving Camp like this, so I can't really compare it to others, but while there are differences in personal preference when it comes to instructors, most were relatively nice and kind, and I was able to get my license with peace of mind.
As for the dormitory, the facilities were much nicer than I expected. The room was equipped with Refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, extension cord, study desk with light, bed, locker, laundry net, and even slippers.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in Bathroom, but they are often out of stock, so it's a good idea to bring your own.
Also, there is no laundry Detergent so it is best to bring your own.
There was a wide variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from noodles to rice bowls, bread, fried foods and Yamagata specialty potato stew, so I was very satisfied. The portions were so large that I gained about 3kg lol
There were thorough coronavirus prevention measures in place so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
Thank you for your help for about two weeks.
    thank you very much.

The Meals was especially delicious! I had imagined a bland Meals like school lunch, but the menu was so delicious that I couldn't wait for the time to Meals every day, and the menu was rich in variety. It seems that some instructors were strict, but I was able to learn to drive properly. The Lessons for written test were easy to understand, and the lessons had a moderate amount of humor, so I didn't feel sleepy. The Accommodation was beautiful and bright, and it was very quiet at night, so it was an unfamiliar environment, but it was nice to have a good night's sleep. The Atmosphere of the entire Driving School is also gentle, and I don't think that even if a female participates alone, she will not feel uneasy.

Atmosphere, or rather the overall impression was a bit dark, and I had a rather unpleasant feeling at first. The staff and instructors were not extremely strict or scary, but they seemed very businesslike and cold. Of course, everyone has different opinions, and some people may prefer this kind of Atmosphere. I would have preferred something more homely. Accommodation was quite well-equipped, so I think it was a good environment. The Meals was also quite delicious. The living environment itself was very good, so I was able to enjoy it as if I was at a resort. There were some complaints, but overall it wasn't bad.
