Notes	・0.5 or more for one eye, 0.8 or more for both eyes (corrected visual acuity is also the same) ・If you have an error of 2cm or more in the depth perception test at When you arrive school, you will not be able to enroll. (Please take the test in advance.) ・18歳以上でで大型免許、普通免許、大型特殊免許のいずれかを取得している方

Driving Lesson	no additional fees until graduation
Final Driving Exam	no additional fees until graduation
Accommodation	Guaranteed up to the shortest number of days *You may be asked to move to Shared room after the designated number of nights.
Additional	[Additional fees in case of exceeding the guarantee] ■技能教習：8,800円(税込)／時限 ■ Final Driving Exam: 4,400 yen (tax incl.) per session ■ Accommodation fees All plans: 5,500 yen (tax incl.)/night

*"Until graduation" is limited to one month.
*If you withdraw or transfer to another school during the term, we will refund the remaining amount minus the necessary expenses up to that day (our Commute Driving School fee system + accommodation fee + cancellation fee + other fees). In this case, you will be responsible for all Transportation fee.
※お客様の故意、自己都合または不注意（病気を含む）による教習の未受講の場合はキャンセル料及びその未受講によって生じる延長宿泊料（食事含む）を頂戴いたしますので予めご了承下さい。
※We will send you an enrollment guide after you make a reservation. Please return the enrollment Reservation form, your residence certificate with your registered domicile, a copy of your driver's license (if you have one), and ID photos (3 x 2.4 cm) (4 photos per vehicle type) by 10 days before Starting date.
